Yes! Audit protection is included for an additional fee with every tax return prepared by us. 


Yes! ID protection is an optional add-on for an additional fee. 


No. We do not offer fee refunds. Our team works diligently to make sure that our clients are satisfied. If you submit your tax forms to us, you are agreeing to our fees and to have your taxes prepared. 


No. We require all the appropriate tax forms to prepare and file your taxes. 


No, we are fully virtual to keep our services efficient, secure and accessible for our clients nationwide and abroad. 


You can schedule a tax consultation under the "Services" link on our website. There is a $50 fee for a 15-mins tax consultation. If you decide to file your taxes with us, the $50 will be applied towards the total cost of your tax preparation. 


No. If you submit your tax information to us, we will prepare your return. 


If you decide to go with another tax preparer, you are still responsible for compensating us for our work performed. We are upfront about our pricing. Any unpaid invoices for work performed will be sent to collections. 


Yes! If you ask us to cancel your tax preparation AFTER you have paid the tax prep deposit, the deposit amount becomes non-refundable and we will securely dispose of your information and won't submit your taxes. It will then become YOUR responsibility to have your taxes prepared by the due date of the current tax year (April 15th). 


Note: The purpose of this policy is to prevent tax fraud by potential tax clients. We are aware of individuals going to different tax preparers to see who can provide the highest refund without paying for services. This policy helps us identify those type of individuals and allow us to be compensated for our time.
